I'm African American with relaxed hair. How can I care for it when I constantly sweat because of volleyball? - volleyball hair

When school starts, I'll play volleyball all day. How do I care for my hair and still look good every day?

Now the first thing I suggest that you want to leave the relaxing and really go natural. It would be better in the long run and in the natural hair is easier to manage than the relaxed hair when you do a lot of physical activity. The rain and sweat does not bother me, except just with a good air conditioning and the only way the hair is damaged if you use a straightening comb, so wrong. My hair is natural and will always be my first suggestion. The first link is a website African American women with natural hair paid or those who want the natural hair. The discussions are so relaxing, of course, forbidden.

When you visit, they hide a little participation, then in discussions and ask intelligent questions, you may have on the natural hair. However, there are many post-it notes to start and women are very friendly and most of them are athletes like you. I train for my sport and weight as sweat something awful.

Now that I went on the natural hair and want to maintain andrelaxed hair, I suggest investing in four clips.

1. A good boar hair brush, or at least D9 Denman hair. You do not need a comb, brush enough. Just to help with itching, which may result from the sweat in your hair. It is a great brush to untangle hair wet or dry.

2. Invest in a good conditioner for hair conditioner, like Dove (natural in my hair is incredible), but it VO5 or Suave. Do not use Pantene products. EVER! Pantene products are silicone hair dry and damaged over time. I suggest you wash your hair regularly with Dove, you can wash and conditioner at least 3-4 times per week.

Wash your hair at least once a week. Each shampoo is enough - only diluted, people like to use foam as seen on TV, can be drying black hair --- hair is naturally drier than the people see you on TV. You can also use shampoos, hair pull large amounts of moisture. As already mentioned your hair is brittle, not mup regularly and keep your hair conditioned.

HTH.

I have this problem too! I've always hated because PE:)
I saw many girls have hair that is damaged fried realli
because everything they do is fix it until it breaks.
You need to know when to let the rest of the hair
On the weekend to give you a deep conditioning to stay healthy and avoid the constant straightening every day.
Deep conditioning is so easy, even with eggs in May is working very well for your hair if you leave an hour!
Short hairstyles are really cute and easy to maintain and develop
Especially if your in a sport.
Remember that curly hair is very dry, so shampooing only once or twice a week to the natural oils your hair needs to keep it.
In addition, there are many beautiful hairstyles black, you can use tools, without hot!
During volleyball season, Comes Around try braids, extensions can be very nice, that well will last for three months.
There are so many different options for the hair, have fun with it!
And do not forget to take care.

I am African American with relaxed hair. Wash your hair and scalp twice a week with a sulfate shampoo or soap. Condition. Straight hair in a bun with a glycerine-based gel.

If you do a lot of volleyball, ask your coach if you can perhaps move to another position, but just to keep the hair in a bun until you are ready to play
