Basically, it is impossible for us, that answer only because there is something for everyone else. I tell the stories of people I've heard that I always say that these questions:
A customer wants to "poison tattooed" in his lower lip. She recognizes that the tattoo and the tattoo artist said that POISOIN. She goes home and washes the pigment with a toothbrush. A toothbrush!
Client B wants to "coffee tattooed" in his lower lip. He gets a tattoo at noon. All that remains in the time 6 pm rolled around, is TSV.
Client C wants to 'rigid' tattooed on his lip. She gets a tattoo, well maintained, but it has to touch up every year or two.

Personally I would not. I am a big fan of tattoos, but I never had the mouth. If you then go through the pain point right? It is my opinion anyway. I think not necessarily bad or weird or what not always understand.
