My spaghetti sauce in the slow cooker with tomatoes, mushrooms, onions and spices. I'm torn whether to add the green pepper. Thoughts?

I like red and green peppers in a sauce for my something else. The red has a mild taste and aroma of vegetables (if applicable) for you. But of couse are a total of tastes for you and your family. If you are unsure, test a small amount first and see what happens with the family. If it succeeds, it remains that way if it fails, then try something else.
