Stomach pain? - stomach pain pcs

I was with abdominal pain since Monday and I took some medication I had my time in this month. The pain occurs only at night, when I am going to go to bed in the morning and the pain. And if I have a couple of hours later my stomach pain started again. Someone please help answer my question, I am in pain.
